Practitioner, QiGong & TaiChi instructor on an Autumn China Trip to the QiGong Medical Center in Beijing with 3 days in Bei Dai He & Cheng De with QiGong Master, Dr. Wan SuJian
This is a fun and exciting way to learn and experience Medical QiGong in a loving and safe environment. Thousands have benefited from Master Wan’s treatments; that include specific
exercises, daily massage, acupuncture, healing foods and energy healing.
We will visit great sights, receive knowledge that is over 5000 years old eat amazing food do some
shopping and spend time with wonderful people. This will be my 9th visit to the center and would love to have you come and play QiGong with me and my friends in Beijing.

Depart Los Angeles Oct 22nd
1st day Arrive October 23rd We will be whisked from the airport and have a bus ride to check into the QiGong Institute. Greeted by our host Dr Wan SuJian and his team of Drs., Nurses and
QiGong masters will be waiting for us and will provide the very best care and training in the many aspects of QiGong.
Our first QiGong Medical treatment and foot Massage. ---- Welcome Dinner
2nd day ----have rest ----Taoist ceremony to pray for happiness and good luck
3rd day 7am QiGong Medical Treatment and foot massage
Breakfast at center ----visiting Tian An Men Sq & the Forbidden City Lunch in Beijing -----Visiting Qian Ming Street (Ming Qing Street) Dinner at our center
----- Tibet Style Treatment by Qi
4th day -----7:00 early morning training and meditation Breakfast at center ------ Lecture about QiGong medical Treatment &
treatment by Qi & foot Massage & Acupuncture or physical treatment Lunch at center ------visit the Summer Palace and training there Dinner at center
------ Lie-down meditation at Lao Jun Hall
5th day ------treatment by Qi & feet massage Breakfast at our center -----go to Bei Dai He by bus and check in hotel (3 stars)
Lunch at restaurant -----Walking meditation at Big Sea, qigong training on how to collect Qi Dinner with specialty dining ----walking and visiting at evening market & Treatment by qi
6th day ------ seeing sunrise at Ge Zi Wo park Breakfast at hotel ------ go to Qin Huang Dao and check in hotel (3stars) Lunch at restaurant
------ visiting Shan Hai Guan and Lao Long Kou. It is the start of the Great Wall in the sea. Dinner at restaurant ------ Visit at night piece of Sea Beach and Qi. Treatment
7th day
Breakfast at hotel ----- go to Cheng De by bus and check in hotel (3star) Lunch at hotel ----- visiting the Panchen Lama Palace and Potala palace and collecting qi . Dinner at hotel
----- Treatment by Qi and visit evening market
8th day -----see sunrise and training Qi Breakfast at hotel ---- visiting Pu Ning Temple and training there Lunch at restaurant
----- shopping at market and go back to Beijing by bus Dinner at our center ----- Treatment by Qi and foot massage
9th day ----- Early morning training Qigong
Breakfast at our center ------ Lecture of Qigong and treatment by Qi &foot massage & Acupuncture or physical treatment Lunch at our center
-----visiting Bird Nest and Water Cube Center (National Aquatics Center) Dinner at our center -----Training at Guan Yin Hall
10th day ----Early morning training and collecting qi
Breakfast at our center -----treatment by Qi & Foot massage & Yin Yang Training and Training qigong Lunch at center -----visit the Capital Museum
Dinner in downtown ----- watch Chinese Acrobatics
11th day ----- Early morning training Breakfast at our center
----- visiting Gu Ya Ju (the special mountain cave with 2000 years history, People lived in there at that time; we can see some traces of ancient doors,
windows, closets, Menorah, stone kang exhaust stone stoves and a manger Lunch at Cottage of mountain -----Visit the Great Wall
Treatment by Qi and Feet Massage & Acupuncture or physical treatment Dinner at center ---- Ying Yang Training
12th day ------Early morning training at Guan Yin Hall
Breakfast at center -----treatment by Qi & foot massage and go to train at the Pagoda forest Lunch at Cottage of mountain ----- lecture of clinical and then make dumpling together
Dinner at center with dumpling ------training at Fragrant Hill
13th day ------treatment by Qi & feet massage Breakfast at center ------visit the Temple of Heaven
Lunch at downtown -----shopping at Silk Market Dinner with going home party
14th day After breakfast, we depart from Beijing International Airport To go back to Los Angeles-

Remember you need a valid passport that doesn’t expire
6 months from the date of our return on Nov 5, 2010 and a Chinese Visa to enter the Country.
COSTS: If flying with the group from Los Angeles
Cost: $2,975 includes flight from LAX and all travel, lodging (double occupancy), daily treatments, herbs and all meals in China. If you want a private room add $450.
Down payment of $1,000 is required by July 1st.
Full Payment should be made before August 15th.
If flying from another State/Country or arranging your own flight:
Land portion only is $2,100. If arranging and paying for your own flight to China please arrive on October 23rd and give me your schedule so I can arrange to have someone
Meet you at the airport and take you to the Institute.
